Brad works with business owners throughout the country in a diverse range of industries to manage their human resource needs, including compliance, payroll, taxes, worker’s compensation, and employee benefits. Brad believes that by easing his clients’ back-office burdens, their businesses run more smoothly, and they are able to focus on the purpose and success of their businesses. Brad has helped his clients succeed for over 24 years and finds it very rewarding.

Brad studied business at Utah State University and received his Bachelor of Business Management degree from Oklahoma State University—Tulsa. He has been with the Kruse organization since 1998 in various capacities and currently oversees the account managers as well as the HR and finance departments. Brad resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife, Jennifer, and is the father of three boys: Cole, Andrew, and Will. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing whenever possible.
