PEO stands for Professional Employer Organization and ASO is Administrative Services Organization. We offer a definition and point out the differences in our FAQ section; and also distinguish each from temporary staffing. It is significant that KRUSE offers all three.

Most of this site is about how PEO’s services work, and how KRUSE offers each of them. We refer you especially to the links from the What we do introduction page for details.

While we offer some information on how KRUSE began offering PEO in history, you might have some interest in PEO’s in general, as they are a relatively new model. While outsourcing is not new, and even has some negative “press”; PEO’s are growing fast and most studies point to increased regulation. The blog “Engage PEO” cites a NAPEO 2015 study, and states: “A new study proves through hard data that the industry continues to thrive as more businesses – drowning in a sea of employment-related laws and regulations – are outsourcing the management of their human resources and compliance, payroll, employee benefits, workers’ compensation and more, to PEOs.”

( See more at: This same study points out that: “employment growth among PEO clients has been 9 percent higher than other small businesses (based on the Intuit Small Business Employment Index), and 4 percent higher than employment growth in the U.S. economy overall.”

PEOs provide services to between 2.7 and 3.4 million worksite employees and work with 156,000 to 180,000 client companies; and this is growing rapidly. This full report is at:

Most of this simply doubles our efforts at KRUSE to stand out and continue to offer outstanding service to our partners. Please make contact and let’s see if we can help.
