Chris Walton – Owner/President and CEO

Serving as the President/CEO of Kruse & Associates, Inc.; handling all day to day operations of all Kruse entities. Chris graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in both Management and International Human Resources. After working for a staffing firm for two years and meeting Bob and Lola there, he became the 2nd employee hired at Kruse & Associates in 1994. Chris spent about 3 years away from Kruse from 1999 to 2002, where he worked in various Executive levels HR management and Operational positions. He was involved in staff reductions, unionizations, reduced federal guidelines for staffing ratios and facility closures as well as re-certification of JCAHO along with HCFA. Upon his return, he climbed the management ranks quickly, and he and his two partners have run Kruse since 2005, and in 2008 became full owners. For the past 10 years he has been focusing on developing and growing the Kruse PEO division. His passion is definitely HR as well as streamlining systems and processes. Chris is a certified HR professional with SHRM. He resides in Tulsa, OK with his wife of 24 years and his two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf whenever possible.

Brad Jones – Owner; VP of Marketing

Brad holds a Bachelor Degree in business management from Oklahoma State University. He worked for Kruse & Associates from 1995 to 1999, and then spent 3 years working with Fortune 500 companies in Oklahoma to deliver IT solutions and staff. Upon returning to Kruse, he was instrumental in starting InfoteK Staffing, focused on IT staffing. Brad is responsible for all sales and recruiting and related matters for both Kruse Staffing and Kruse PEO. Since his return, Brad has impacted revenue and profits and helped shift our staffing focus from smaller local firms to more national exposure. Brad resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife, Kimberly and their sons, Reese and Reid. He enjoys watching OSU sports, the New York Mets, and the Pittsburgh Steelers….and playing a little golf when he can.

Brad Kruse – Owner/VP of Human Resources; Office Manager

Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Oklahoma State University. Brad has been with the Kruse organization since the summer of 1998. During his 18 years with the company he has worked in numerous capacities within the organization, including operations, payroll, recruiting and sales. As the PEO division has grown, Brad has settled into day to day management of account managers, and has been instrumental in growth of the PEO division. His special focus is making sure that payroll for our many clients are correct and all employee benefits are running smoothly. Brad also manages accounting, so keeps track of small things like… cash. Brad resides in Broken Arrow Oklahoma with his wife Jennifer and three young boys, Cole, Andrew and Will. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing whenever possible.

Dawn Mequio – Accounting Manager

Dawn has been with Kruse & Associates for 15 years, handling the bulk of accounting for the multiple companies under the Kruse umbrella. Working quietly in the background, Dawn is an integral member of the team and keeps the bills paid and invoices out faithfully. She handles most of the interface with our CPA for tax purposes as well. Dawn lives in Broken Arrow with her husband of 20 years and two daughters.

Heather Harrod – Senior Account Manager

Heather joined Kruse and Associates in 2008 as a staff manager. Brad Jones and Heather worked together at another company, where Heather was a Branch Manager and Payroll administrator. Brad was instrumental in Heather coming to Kruse, and she has played a significant role in recent growth. As PEO grew, Heather transitioned to Account Manager, and was promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2015. Heather graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s of arts in political science. While she is a Tulsa native, she has also lived in Southern California and Texas. Heather spends her time reading, gardening and volunteering at a local no kill cat rescue and adoption center.

Scott Glanz – Compliance Manager

Serving as Marketing and Compliance Officer for Kruse Associates, Inc. and Kruse PEO Inc. since 2013. Scott has over thirty years of sales and marketing experience in the staffing and PEO markets. Scott attended the University of Arkansas on a baseball scholarship while studying business management. Today Scott keeps the company compliant in more than 38 states with state licensing and compliance issues as his daily duties. Scott is married with five children and two grandchildren …Coaches a youth baseball team.

Samantha Eller – Account Manager

Samantha joined the Kruse and Associate team as an Account Manager in January 2015. She has an Associate degree in Business Fundamentals as well as 8 years of human resource and payroll experience that she brings with her from her service with the United States Army, serving overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She continues her schooling to obtain a Bachelor degree in Accounting. Samantha brings years of real world experience, applicable knowledge, dedication and motivation to Kruse and Associates. Samantha currently resides in Glenpool, Oklahoma and when not studying, is her son’s biggest fan during his sports events. As an avid runner, Samantha enjoys 5Ks and Half Marathons. Her favorite quote that she tries to live by is, “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”-Dr. Seuss

Jonna Frazier: Account Manager

Jonna joined Kruse & Associates in July 2015. She brought with her an extensive background in procurement and data migration, having previously worked with two major telecommunications firms during a large-scale client migration project that involved hardware, software and field personnel.   As account manager, Jonna works with clients in payroll services, benefits administration and other HR services. Jonna’s clients are in good hands with her exceptional attention to detail and customer care. Jonna was born in Georgia and grew up in Tulsa, where she lives with her husband and is surrounded by her family. She has 10 children, mostly grown, along with one grandchild.

Victoria Johnson – Human Resource Assistant Manager

Victoria joined the Kruse in December of 2014 and benefits our clients with an abundance of knowledge, new ideas, and passion to her HR position. She will be finishing her Master’s degree in Human Resources in the fall of 2016 from the University of Oklahoma, and plans to achieve an HR Certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). . She currently resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She loves the sport of soccer having played in High School and college.  She continues to play on an indoor co-ed team.  She also enjoys long distant running and philanthropy. Mandi Harris – Administrative Assistant/Account Manager

Mandi Harris moved to Tulsa January 2015. Before she came to work for Kruse & Associates, she ran a PEO business in SE Oklahoma. She is less than a year away from graduating from Ashford University, majoring in Human Resource Management. While attending college, she was a member of the scholastic honor society, Alpha Sigma Lambda. When not working, Mandi enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, two dogs and her pet goose, Peepers.
